Tests:
 + dEQP-GLES3.functional.transform_feedback.*

Includes:
 + Recording of user-defined fragment outputs
   - All basic types
   - Arrays, structures
   - smooth and flat outputs
   - Multiple output variables
 + Recording of built-in output variables
   - gl_Position
   - gl_PointSize
 + SEPARATE_ATTRIBS and INTERLEAVED_ATTRIBS modes
 + All primitive modes
 + Pausing and resuming transform feedback

Excludes:
 + Negative testing for transform feedback APIs
   - Will be covered in separate negative API test set
 + Interaction with primitive restart
