Add specific RGB10A2 data for BlendHSLHue and BlendHSLSaturation

Some original input test data will cause divide by 0 issue. This issue
is not handled by spec, but the test should assure the valid data.

Affects: KHR-GLES31.core.blend_equation_advanced.*

dEQP README

This repository contains a GPU testing suite called dEQP (drawElements Quality Program). dEQP contains tests for several graphics APIs, including OpenGL ES, EGL, and Vulkan.
