Reduces percentage of heap used in memory tests

Heaps can be shared and even fragmented on real systems.
The current percentage of 50% is a little high to reasonably
account for these issues.

dEQP README

This repository contains a GPU testing suite called dEQP (drawElements Quality Program). dEQP contains tests for several graphics APIs, including OpenGL ES, EGL, and Vulkan.
