Kiev: bmpblock: Restore "Push space for recovery." on devmode screen.
The message "Push space to re-enable" is confusing as this does not
disable developer mode on Kiev. The older text is more accurate.

TEST=Remove the 'clean' step in the newbitmaps Makefile. Run make
then run "bitmap_viewer images/out_x86/DEFAULT.yaml". Verify the
text on the devmode screen mentions pushing space for recovery.
