Merge pull request #253 from alexcrichton/perf Conditionally call `consume_queue` on messages
Core I/O and event loop abstraction for asynchronous I/O in Rust built on futures

First, add this to your Cargo.toml
:

Next, add this to your crate:
extern crate tokio_core;
