  "message": "[fuchsia] Avoid reading .git/HEAD in spvtools_build_version\n\nUpdate spvtools_build_version action to use git_paths.spirv_tools_head\nif in a Fuchsia build, instead of reading .git/HEAD directly.\nThis avoids build invalidation issues and errors in worktrees where\n.git/HEAD might not exist or be accessible in the same way.\n\nThe dependency on CHANGES and the git head are only added when building\ninside the Fuchsia tree, as this tracking is Fuchsia-specific (from\nfxr/558121) and not present upstream.\n\nWe now always redirect spvtools_software_version to build_version in the\ndefault toolchain, and define build_version only in the default\ntoolchain.
