Auto merge of #16224 - Veykril:syntax-ctx, r=Veykril fix: Fix SyntaxContextID using incorrect self IDs Follow up to https://github.com/rust-lang/rust-analyzer/issues/16200, there was another logical bug there.
rust-analyzer is a modular compiler frontend for the Rust language. It is a part of a larger rls-2.0 effort to create excellent IDE support for Rust.
