pw_system: Simplify pw_system usage in Bazel This change aims to make pw_system usage in Bazel simpler by, 1. Gathering all required pw_system components into one target. 2. Providing label flags that can be used to set platform-dependent dependencies, removing the need for identical `select`s on all pw_system cc_binary targets. Pigweed is an open source collection of embedded-targeted libraries–or as we like to call them, modules. These modules are building blocks and infrastructure that enable faster and more reliable development on small-footprint MMU-less 32-bit microcontrollers like the STMicroelectronics STM32L452 or the Nordic nRF52832.
