[sysmem] Support R8G8B8A8 with VK_FORMAT_UNDEFINED Importing MAGMA_FORAMT_R8G8B8A8 images is supported, so we just need to add the constraint by default. Change-Id: Ie2a75361e03e25eca863b385a9107f7681074a46
