Allow taking ownership of a client VMO For PMR and sync block allocations the client can pass a VMO to the MSD that the MSD will use as the backing store of the first PMR allocated. Change-Id: I3ec0c5d2eadb8fed9298f79b251d7f3da20bd3f3
