Add fuchsia mt8167 config header This will be included by the build system into all files. It's based on a combination of the upstream Imagination ( copy_to_kernel-tc/config_kernel.h) and Mediatek (internal config_kernel_eng_mt8167.h) headers. Change-Id: I195729dcdc8e30038c6836f6efefac5a676f7276
