Unify payload and array buffers. These serve the same purpose (copying data between the client and server for a bridge call), so we just need one buffer. This change requires a matching change in the client code. MA-639 #comment Change-Id: I056fb7d28aceec43d04bcb2dcf1f266bee2d278d
