unix: add kern.ncpuonline sysctl on openbsd This is available since OpenBSD 6.4 Generated using mksysctl_openbsd.go on OpenBSD 6.6. but only added kern.ncpuonline for now. The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys
. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys
