[fidl][go] Remove MarshalerContext fields

This CL is a follow-up to I294f2ac76acb9b1058d3b3d564fb9bb541124301. It
removes MarshalerContext's fields, making it an empty struct. We keep
the struct around to ease future migrations.

Test: fx test fidl_go_conformance
