[go][syscall] Remove libzircon instruction from symbol resolution The rtld is smart enough to fill in these symbols from the vDSO without telling anybody that they should come from libzircon. This takes us one step closer to implementing a bootstrap rtld when no libc is linked. Change-Id: I6cf1a7196c9f81084d4df46a5212d433c42e2e69
