[fidl][go] Unmarshaling of xunion bytes to union structures When there is the correct signal in the header (TBD), unions will be unmarshaled from xunion bytes as part of the xunion to union migration. Change-Id: If1505ac87dae09e5660c114ccfaadf4d89919b18
