[go] Handle nil argument to LinkerDeps We have some Fuchsia-specific code in here that tests the name of the package, however cmd/go/internal/work/action.go:726 can call this function with a nil argument, which we don't currently handle. This causes a crash in some host tests. This change also removes the check for syscall/mx, as that package no longer exists. Change-Id: I490af3a08f3265be80629da76ab6b0edf48526b6
