[go][zx] Piggyback on runtime VDSO calls in syscall/zx Instead of having runtime fill in the symbols used in this package (or vice versa), this change just makes syscall/zx piggyback on top of the vdsoCall implementations in the runtime. The Sys_foo functions are now just trampolines into the runtime. Change-Id: I85414f6d25b132167ed9b1ba320ee07f550a59c9
