[kernel][vm] Remove old VMO clone flags The ZX_VMO_CHILD_COPY_ON_WRITE and ZX_VMO_CHILD_PRIVATE_PAGER_COPY clone flags have been deprecated. The intent based clone flags, ZX_VMO_CHILD_SNAPSHOT and ZX_VMO_CHILD_SNAPSHOT_AT_LEAST_ON_WRITE, should be used instead. No affected callsites.
