[go] Define the HandleDisposition type for go Introduce a definition for the HandleDisposition type for go. This is needed in order to allow regeneration of the syscall bindings, specifically to support the new zx_channel_write_etc. Change-Id: Icf2885adefc77f65f52e959cd8ea324598ef8b09
