[go] fix timeouts in os_test This was caused by some new tests that exercised deadlines (without checking errors). We do not yet implement deadlines on Fuchsia. TC-227 Test: cq Change-Id: I6c1a38fe930221888e5d3f5064926d9140a95bdd
