[runtime] Use vdso{SP,PC} to allow pprof tracebacks for VDSO calls

When profiling, calls to the VDSO are not detected as being within the
Go process space and get reported by pprof as runtime._ExternalCode.
This was dealt with in Linux in:

https://github.com/golang/go/commit/419c06455a91c54a0552e1eb1565c397dd6fa763

When externally linking, we don't have any simple way to know where the
VDSO is loaded, and reporting runtime._VDSO isn't terribly helpful
anyway. So we piggyback on the m.vdso{SP,PC} methods to be able to trace
the functions that are actually calling into the VDSO.
