[go][syscall] Regenerate VDSO/syscalls This change adds the new zx_socket_shutdown and zx_interrupt_bind_vcpu syscalls. This also incidentally adds verbosity to FIDL tests to figure out why that's failing CQ. Change-Id: I7eccdd31f60f717591092e80ea6e2651ef6b884d
