[fidl][go] Add support for V2 magic byte in go In order to run go conformance tests with the V2 wire format, the context first needs to store the magic byte and make it accessible. See Ib359ebf8672dac4206908685abe78105c6211bbd which enables decode conformance test for wire format V2 for Go.
