[fidl] Regen + fix for device eventpair In https://fuchsia-review.googlesource.com/c/fuchsia/+/304236 (fuchsia.git 2b1ff45b34013b49c3f2bd109405f99a41215d10) the type of `event` for devices was changes to be an eventpair. In Go, we place all these things in a `File` whose `Event` member is typed `zx.Event`. For now, casting to make regen and build work, though that's likely incorrect.
