[go] CMXtinction of third_party/go (CFv2 migration) Implementation notes: - go-exec-test and go-os-test both depend on /dev/null. After thorough discussion it was deemed that utilizing storage_driver_test_realm was the best way to solve this. - os_test.go unnecessarily depended on /boot/bin access, which is silly. All the test does is `ls` a directory, ideally a big one. This cl compromises by making it use `/svc` which it actually has access to. As a bonus I also migrated the few remaining FIDL tests to CFv2. They were relatively straightforward.
