test: Recreate TPM 2 state files with header Recreate TPM 2 state files that didn't have a header. Use latest version of libtpms from the stable-0.6.0 branch to create the state that more recent version have to be able to read. Signed-off-by: Stefan Berger <stefanb@linux.ibm.com>
