tests: Adapt test cases' expected PCR result due to libtpms TPM 2 fix libtpms version 0.6.3, 0.7.3, and master have a change to the TPM 2 code that affects the pcrUpdateCounter, which now returns a smaller value than before. Signed-off-by: Stefan Berger <stefanb@linux.ibm.com>
