Auto merge of #17962 - ChayimFriedman2:update-rtn, r=Veykril fix: Fix Return Type Syntax to include `..` (i.e. `method(..)` and not `method()`) as specified in the RFC Fixes #17952.
rust-analyzer is a modular compiler frontend for the Rust language. It is a part of a larger rls-2.0 effort to create excellent IDE support for Rust.
