Auto merge of #126279 - Oneirical:you-can-run-make-but-cannot-hide, r=jieyouxu

Migrate `inaccessible-temp-dir`, `output-with-hyphens` and `issue-10971-temps-dir` `run-make` tests to `rmake`

rust-analyzer is a modular compiler frontend for the Rust language. It is a part of a larger rls-2.0 effort to create excellent IDE support for Rust.
