Allow importing VMOs as surfaces Clients can now use VA_SURFACE_ATTRIB_MEM_TYPE_DRM_PRIME_2 to create a surface from a VMO. The VMO can be specified as the ID for the image. Change-Id: I519a82ab0663db63dc78ceb4ffb89410a0de0d84
