[media-driver] Fix ignore-branch Since jiri will put our third_party repos in a detached HEAD state comparing the branch to main will fail. Instead compare the current state of the repo with that of JIRI_HEAD. If we are not JIRI_HEAD then we are commiting a version that has not been checked into the integration repo and we should warn the user.
