Revert "Disable L3 caching for media resources" I915 kernel patch is ready in drm-intel-internal, media validation does not require this patch anymore This reverts commit 50707fb182bc8fc8f9711d2c0da96f6ded1b8ef4. Change-Id: I17b75782a9964574ba609303a15922bbfce51c8d
