tp: parse PerfettoSQL pipelines into a logical plan

Add FROM pipelines and pipeline bodies in CREATE PERFETTO TABLE, initially
supporting TREE ACCUMULATE UP or DOWN with integer SUM aggregates. Compile
while the parse tree is alive so name and type errors retain tracebacks.

Store types once under stable column IDs and resolve active names through
a scope that retains duplicates until an ambiguous reference is made.
Scans own their sources; table bodies hold either SQL or a logical plan.

Move query-schema discovery and type mapping into a shared SQL schema
component, independent of the scan executor. SqlScan accepts resolved
columns through a single factory. Keep logical-plan formatting test-only.

SQLite tokenizes |> as two tokens; the grammar requires them to be adjacent.
Sources are tables or parenthesized subqueries, avoiding ambiguity with
expressions in join conditions. Macro expansion works within pipelines.
