Propagate rustc_env{,_files} from rust_test.crate (#1443)
rust_test.crate builds the same file as the rust_library it's pointing
to, which will almost certainly depend on the same environment variables
being set.
This repository provides rules for building Rust projects with Bazel.
General discussions and announcements take place in the GitHub Discussions, but there are additional places where community members gather to discuss rules_rust.
