  "message": "feat(ci): support GitHub Actions log retrieval and subagent failure analysis (#3976)\n\nPreviously, CI failure monitoring and log analysis were tied strictly to\nBuildkite jobs, preventing automated analysis of failed GitHub Actions\nchecks. Furthermore, failure notifications were hardcoded without\ntriggering subagent delegation.\n\nTo address this, update `monitor_remote_ci.py` to report failed GitHub\nActions checks back to the active conversation for subagent delegation.\nAdditionally, enhance `analyze_ci_failure.py` to fetch job logs via the\n`gh` CLI and parse GitHub Actions error signatures.\n\n* Also updates documentation in `monitor-ci-results` and\n`analyze-ci-failure` skills to reflect the subagent workflow.",
