  "message": "build(ci): optimize BuildBuddy RBE caching and inject CI build metadata (#4313)\n\nOptimize remote execution, remote caching, and diagnostic telemetry for\nBuildBuddy invocations across local and CI runs.\n\nInvocation analysis (0a836a44-4d93-4312-b6d1-1e2fffd7a4ff) highlighted\nopportunities to enhance CAS throughput with compression and chunking,\nprevent build failures from CAS eviction through lost-input rewinding,\nand collect rich diagnostic and profiling traces for the BuildBuddy UI.\nAdditionally, GitHub Actions runs previously lacked build metadata to\ncorrelate invocations with workflows and PRs, and developers needed an\nautomated, secret-safe method to link workspace credentials.\n\nTo address this, enable remote cache compression, experimental chunking,\nlost-input rewinding, diagnostic logging (bazel-remote-grpc.log and\nbazel-execution-log.binpb.zst), and detailed execution profiling in\n_buildbuddy_base. In setup-bazel, inject non-secret CI build metadata\n(ROLE, VISIBILITY, commit SHA, PR number, branch name, run ID, actor,\nand GHA workflow run links) unconditionally on build. Replace the legacy\nshell script with a standalone Python client setup script to configure\nGit triangle tracking and symlink user.bazelrc cleanly.\n\nWork towards #4289, #4300, #4304.",
