[cas] Add support for Symlinks. (#309) * [cas] Add support for Symlinks. Add support for symlinks in the file traversal. Add options PreserveSymlinks and AllowDanglingSymlinks. Incroporate the options into the cache key, since they affect the resulting repb.Directory objects.
