Add shared zstd encoder pools. (#267)

* Add shared zstd encoder pools.

On some sample testing this compression performs ~4x faster
than "wasting" the encoders.

* Update pool to not leak goroutines

* Fix reference to EncoderWrapper - otherwise the finalizer is called
