Add a check in daemonize.cc to check if systemd-run can be used successfully. Before we use systemd-run to start the blaze server, we should verify if that's really working with /bin/true. This gives us the flexibility to allow users who don't have the correct environment setup for systemd-run to start a blaze server without being blocked.
