Migrate LifecycleEvent$InvocationStatus to final class This CL converts `LifecycleEvent.InvocationStatus` from an `enum` to a `final class` to remove it from the Skybridge interface exemption list. We refactored: - `LifecycleEvent.java` to define `InvocationStatus` as a `final class`. - `BuildEventServiceProtoUtil.java` to refactor the `switch` on `InvocationStatus` to `if-else`.
