Consolidate sequential EXIT traps in bazel_sandboxing_test.sh. Calling `trap "rm -fr $tmp_dir" EXIT` after `trap "rm -fr $mounted" EXIT` overwrites the earlier `EXIT` trap handler, leaking temporary `/tmp/bazel_mounted.*` directories when the test finishes.
