Refactor CommonCommandOptions to use getters and setters. This change migrates CommonCommandOptions from a variable-based interface to one based on getters and setters, as part of the options parser migration (b/497333743). Refactoring steps: 1. Renamed CommonCommandOptions.java to CommonCommandOptionsFields.java. 2. Made CommonCommandOptionsFields abstract and added @OptionsClass annotation. 3. Replaced all @Option fields with abstract getters. 4. Updated all call sites to use getters (and setters where applicable).
