  "message": "Xcode: Restore support for standalone IMPORTED_LOCATION_\u003cCONFIG\u003e\n\nIn commit 878ae03832 (macOS: IMPORTED framework: Honor SYSTEM target\nproperty in all cases, 2023-08-27, v3.28.0-rc1~162^2) we broke support\nfor `IMPORTED_LOCATION_\u003cCONFIG\u003e` without `IMPORTED_CONFIGURATIONS`.\nPreviously it worked if the importing project\u0027s configurations match the\nset of `IMPORTED_LOCATION_\u003cCONFIG\u003e` properties set.
