  "message": "FindCUDAToolkit: Understand NVHPC versioned math library layout\n\nThe NVHPC packages bundle the CUDA math libraries in a sibling\ndirectory (`math_libs`) instead of in with the rest of the\ncuda libraries.\n\nDepending on the NVHPC package the math_libs folder can have\nversioned subdirectories, therefore we prefer finding the\nsame versions as the CUDA Toolkit and falling back to the\nlatest when not possible.\n",
