Help: Call out `cmake-cxxmodules(7)` implementation details as unstable

Documentation added by commit e9e94de9cb (Help/cmake-cxxmodules:
document the implementation, 2025-03-25, v4.3.0-rc1~214^2~1) is not
meant to describe a stable interface.
