CheckIncludeFile*: Sync documentation

- Added intro code blocks showing how to include these modules.
- Used "command" instead of "macro".
- Mentioned policy CMP0075.
- Added additional example to CheckIncludeFile showing how to use
  CMAKE_REQUIRED_* variable.
