CONTRIBUTORS: Update per-contributor hyperlinks

In commit 2f852580fb (CONTRIBUTORS: Improve formatting of
per-contributor hyperlinks, 2025-03-02) we accidentally added `mailto:`
on a few URLs that should use `https://` instead.
