Tests: Do not expect EINTR when sleep is interrupted on GNU/Hurd

Previously `RunCMake.CTestTimeout` failed on GNU/Hurd because the
`sleep` command does not set `errno` to `EINTR` when interrupted by a
signal, which is a Linux-specific feature.
