Autogen: Filter out QtDeployTargets from Ninja Multi-Config tests

Since https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtbase/+/518683 adds
generation of `.qt/QtDeployTargets-$<CONFIG>.cmake`, those files should
be filtered out from the `Ninja Multi-Config` tests.
